There is no refund for SSL and domains, since the service is fully provided and you are its rightful owner. We do not charge a commission for registering a domain or certificate in your name - accordingly, there is nothing to return to you.
We cannot delete your domain or certificate. You can use them on any other hosting because they are assigned to you.
